Boneless Chicken Thighs With Root Vegetables ,Chestnuts and Galilee’s Delicacy Silan

The chunks of chicken are cooked in an aromatic and flavorful sauce obtained from the sub-ingredients of the dish: root vegetables, chestnut, white wine and of course, silan.

Ingredients:

-6-pack ingredients:
-6 pieces of poppy (about 1.2 kilos) cut into cubes
-3 tablespoons olive oil
-11/2 cups of dry white wine -A bundle of thighs
-2 split cloves of garlic -½ chopped chili
-1 chopped onion
-1 slice slice to 1/2 cm thick
-1 large carrot halved and cut to 1/2 cm thick -1 Vacuum peeled chestnut pack
-3 tablespoons natural silan "Tamar Kinneret" -4 tablespoonss of Sesame

Galilee’s Delicacy Silan Caramel

 

Ingredients:

- 500 grams salmon filet, deboned and skinned - 1/2 medium onion
- 1/2 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp. dill, chopped

 

Preparation:

Place the chicken cubes in a bowl with wine, lids and refrigerate overnight. + Remove the chicken from the wine and dry slightly. Keep the wine. + Heat a deep frying pan with oil, add the chicken chunks and fry about 2-3 on each side. Add the root vegetables, garlic and chilli, season with salt and pepper and saute until golden brown. Add the wine that we have stored, chestnut and silane and bring to a boil. Cook gently and partially cover for about fifteen minutes until the sauce thickens and it expects the chunks. * best served with plain white basmatic rice
