Roasted Squash with Galilee’s Delicacy Silan and Cinnamon

Galilee’s Delicacy Silan complements the sweet taste of these healthy, tasty orange vegetables, making this dish an amazing addition to any meal – from a light brunch to a heavy dinner.

 

Squash ingredients:

3 squash, seeds removed and halved lengthwise
3 tbsp. olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Ground cinnamon
3 tbsp. Galilee’s Delicacy Silan

 

Matzah Provençal ingredients:

2 matzot, coarsely ground
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 parsley stalk, chopped

 

How to prepare:

Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the squash halves on the baking dish, drizzle with olive oil and
season with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
Roast the squash halves for 40 minutes, until they are soft and browned.
Heat a frying pan with olive oil and brown the ground matzah with garlic,
salt, and pepper. Remove from the heat and add the parsley.
To serve, drizzle Galilee’s Delicacy Silan over the squash and sprinkle with the matzah.
