These patties have a surprising flavor and a unique look. Don’t forget to add the Galilee’s Delicacy Silan caramel – it really upgrades the dish!

Salmon patty ingredients:

-500 grams salmon fillet, deboned and skinned -1/2 medium onion
-1/2 garlic clove, chopped
-1 tbsp. parsley, chopped
-1 tbsp. dill, chopped
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1/4 tsp. ground black pepper -A pinch of ground nutmeg
-1/2 cup pine nuts, thinly sliced

Galilee’s Delicacy Silan caramel ingredients:

-2 cups Galilee’s Delicacy Silan
-1/2 cup white wine -Pinch of ground black pepper
-1 tbsp. parsley, chopped

How to prepare:

Finely chop or grind the salmon fillet in a food processor, using short pulses. Combine the salmon with the rest of the ingredients, except for the pine nuts, until a smooth mixture is obtained. Shape the mixture into round, flat patties and roll them in the pine nuts. Refrigerate. Add olive oil to a non-stick pan and fry the patties for 2 minutes on each side until golden. Set aside. Heat a pan on a high flame and add the Galilee’s Delicacy Silan. Cook for 30-60 seconds, until the sauce has lightly caramelized. Add the white wine, pepper and parsley, and cook for another 30 seconds. Add the patties to the pan and cook for 1 more minute until they shine. Serve immediately.
